I just recently started a unit with the location and just paid them on the fourth of this month and went out to the storage area where my entire unit side was not snow plowed so me and my son had to walk through the snow just to get to are unit to find all my brand new shoes that haven’t even tried on missing all (air forces)my son’s ps4 missing. Called the number listed a man answered was not helpful and couldn’t answer any questions about if they have cameras out there or not I feel like this will just be taking as a lost do NOT rent a unit here seen previous ppl say they had TVs stolen from same location your paying to have your things at a safe place just to have it stolen and most likely not recovered .. whoever you are just know you stole from a 9 year old kid that’s sad now because you grown and can’t afford your own so you go snooping around someone’s storage unit
I had 3 tv's my sound bar my fan and other stuff stolen from there facility out on Evanston.
The people are rude on the phone. If they answer, they are snippy, or pretend like they can't hear you. They do not run a good business. Please do not use them. You'll lose out on money.
Reserving and paying for the unit over the phone was soooo easy. Got immediate access to the unit. It was clean and had nothing in it. I just needed to buy my own lock, which I expected to have to do anyway.
Really I give this place 0 stars!!! They lied to me. They had me pay $65 to start my storage locker I moved in half way through march and they made me pay all the way until may 1st even though they agreed to refund me money if I moved before may 1st mind you I moved mid April and they told me sorry we don't even have you on file and failed to refund my difference because I moved out early. They are not trust worthy!!! I'm livid!
