I've always had good luck with all my orders placed. They ship faster than anyone else I've used. The General Finishes stuff is a game changer. High Performance Top Coat is super user friendly and easy to repair if needed.

I had the same bad experience with this company as many other commentators. I ordered and paid for a quart of Kramers Antique Restorer in January 2019. A person named Makala notified me by email that the product was on back order. I spoke with her by phone and told her I would wait for them to ship it to me (estimated to be in 3-4 weeks) rather than receive a refund. One year later I still have not received the product or a refund and have had no response to my repeated email inquiries. In addition, the phone numbers listed for the business are non-working numbers.

Beware!! - This appears to be a sham company.nPlaced an order for two gallons of Waterlox in February. They emailed me that it was out of stock. I told them they could ship it when it was back in stock. They processed payment, even though they didn't have the Waterlox. I followed up in April and again in June and received no response and had no way to communicate with them.nnI filed a paypal dispute to get my money back. Had I used just a credit card, I would have been out of the $140.

placed an order for Odie's Oil through my business on 8/31. we were charged immediately, however still haven't received our purchase. phone # on the website does not work. no reply via e-mail. I STRONGLY recommend going elsewhere for your finishing supplies.
