Excellent customer service!! Management was very responsive and helped me with a challenging situation. The facility is very clean and easily accessible. Highly recommend for climate control storage unit.
Well the girls at the front desk and even on phone, they are so nice and happy to be doing and helping people!!!nThey made my experience with the establishment smooth and we all know that this is not the best thing at any given time to be putting your stuff in storage!!! It’s super clean too!! I can’t say enough about the girls!!
The place is kept clean. There was an automatic billing issue that was resolved promptly. Called to check on us.
