I got a storage unit today, and I have to say that Mark the receptionist was great to talk to, and very helpful in choosing out a unit and a plan. I would highly recommend this Self Storage location based on my customer service so far.
Terrible experience. Website clearly states to bring a copy of your homeowners policy to the office to show coverage of the contents. However receptionist indicated that we were required to have their own coverage also. Completely conflicting information and unnecessary overcharge. Shady business practice!
We rented a unit for my girlfriend yesterday. Even though we rented online which was very easy the manager Mark from the store called us to welcome us and give us all the directions we would need. He even had our unit shoveled for us by the time we got there.
Mark got us a unit with great promotion, and did it over the phone. When we got there he was shoveling out the front of our unit and putting salt down. How many people would do that in a snow storm?
