Owner very nice and place is clean.
So rude!!! I called to check on availability today September 19, 2020 at 12:50pm. The guy who picked up the phone said “I have nothing available until Monday”, I kept talking so I could make a reservation for Monday but he hung up on me. I called back and he doesn’t pick up the phone as I am sure he has caller ID. I was kind ... what a horrible customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED... I am sure he doesn’t need my business. He is taking it for granted.
I've been using Keep Safe Storage in Clinton Township for over 8 years and am very pleased with their facilities and service. The owner Mark is always friendly and helpful. He maintains the units and property in top notch condition at all times...very neat and tidy! This place is great. Clean, dry, easy access and no hassles. I will be back to keep safe when I need extra storage. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs some extra storage space. Reasonable prices and professionally managed.
