Picked up pizza today and half the employees don’t wear masks or wear them under their chin. Makes me feel better after reading comments from other reviews where employees blow their nose, don’t wash their hands, and don’t wear gloves.
I’ll never order at papa johns again.

I escalated this via email and received a response from Michael which is appreciated. Thanks for offering something to make it right; unfortunately I will pass on eating at Papa Johns now and the future and move my business to a competitor. Hopefully this will help make change in the Draper location to better protect our community.
Let me tell ya, pizza is a prerequisite to living in a world like we do now. Was very pleased with the staff, knew allergy information when asked. That’s kinda helpful. Try the works pizza. That’s what dreams are made out of on a weekend with friends.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ordered by phone and asked how long because we were having last night as a family before leaving and was told 15 -20 minutes. My son in law went to pick it up 20 min later and was told they got a bunch of orders and it would be 30 to 40 minutes more. I called and spoke to a "manager" who first told us it was the call center's fault. Then he told me it was actually going to be 2 HOURS. He was not apologetic at all and acted like it was MY fault. Will never order from papa johns again.
Too expensive, but I love the crust and you can find ways to reduce the cost of you're a regular customer. The store in Draper has very good service.
Fast and consistent with delivery. Pizza taste great every time! No contact delievery with sealed boxes was great option! First choice for pizza chains!
