THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!! (and read my suggestion at the end)nnThey reopened the gym without noticing me and started to charge me a monthly membership fee of $22.06 and the yearly fee of $39.00. But I still don't want to go to the gym during this COVID season. I didn't notice they were charging me until one day I got an email from my bank said there is an Overdraft Fee of $37.00. Plus there is an unknown fee of $4.98 back in Sep. So a total of $103.04 is gonennI called the planet fitness center. They told me to contact my location manager to get your refund back, the money is going to the owner of this location so they can't process a refund to me. Therefore, I called this location and did a step-by-step online refund process 2 times with their staff on the phone and I even walked in trying to talk to their manager. The manager just always not there with over 5 phone calls. They always have reasons not to talk to you. The staff told me I have to do it online and this is the only way they can refund me within A WEEK. But I never get a message from them at all for over 2 months.nnSo my suggestion to people who are reading this and want to get a gym membership. Just go to Crunch Fitness, they charge $9.95 a month. Which is the same price as PF, with newer equipment. And it's only a couple of minutes away from this gym.

Does not provide any masks for paying customer. Also rude about any Masks guidelines. Was asked to leave because I don’t have a mask when I asked for one.nn- my reply back to younI seen the masks! They were out on the table. Don’t sit here from the main office and tell me your out. You don’t know!

This gym is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, they don't get in the way of your workout either. Big thank you for that !!!

Clean and has lots of different equipment as well as little we codes to understand how to use the equipment.
