I'm one of those people who always looks a big box gyms as some kind of necessary evil. I would much rather spend my time in a small studio, so it's not really a surprise that I love it here. It's nice not having to wait on groups or lines of people to use a single machine. AJ is really awesome. She's a great coach to have. No BS like some other trainers, which I cannot understate how much I appreciate that.
I've trained with AJ for three years and it has been great. The new location is a super-clean, welcoming environment!
