I have been working out with Tony for almost 6 years. He is a great trainer. Motivates you and helps you work towards you goals. The gym is always kept clean. It’s a positive environment. I love that he pushes me but in a positive way. Hands down the most comfortable I have felt working out in any gym.
Tony delivers a personalized workout. He drives my goals with energy & a good attitude. His gym provides a clean & exclusive space so I feel comfortable while pushing myself. No need to feel self-conscious or unsure here. Tony provides the best quality training for rates that are affordable.

Tony, the owner, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Always has time to answer his clients. Gym and equipment is very clean and sanitized aver every use. Great prices! I highly recommend!
