The BEST yoga studio in Macomb County!!
I absolutely love this studio! It is conveniently located in the heart of Macomb County, and I have never felt more welcome and comfortable from my very first class. The atmosphere is not one of competition, and the Teachers are all so kind and caring. They make the effort to get to know their students, which is a huge plus in my book. It is obvious that everyone who works here is one large family and that kind of energy is infectious. You won't regret giving it a try!
I was impressed by the staff; very warm n welcoming. The place is very clean; the instructors top notch 5*,sud83dude0a‼ufe0fnThe owner however , had offered me a % off but seemed to have forgotten who I was when I arrived. And also appeared to have forgotten about the conversation we had regarding pricing!! He was young and very taken with himself. Quite immature and the only reason I didn’t return.
Tonight was my first class at Life Yoga. As I entered I was greeted with warmth and kindness. I took the Restorative class and the teacher was mindful of my body's needs, gave great adjustments and massage, and stuck around to chat with me a little bit after class. I would highly recommend Life Yoga! The props, blankets and studio were clean and the atmosphere is very peaceful. Great way to end my day Thanks Pam!
Pam's Friday morning hot yoga is one of the best classes I've beennto. I struggle with inverted/forearm/hand stand poses, & normally I would just skip them or do something different. Pam tooknthe time to help me & show me how to use the wall, no one has ever done that for me before. I finally feel like those kinds of poses are attainable for me now. I'm so glad I made it to class this morning!
