This place is truly a blessing. I learned how to breath, properly! How to breath is taken lightly because we do it naturally but when you connect with your breath. Its an amazing experience that will assist you through daily situations and assist with calming thoughts. Thank you!
I have been a student for years and received my teacher training through Bodhi Seed. Everyone is amazing - students and teachers. It is always a very inviting, warm and comfortable atmosphere. I always leave refreshed after a class! ❤ufe0f
A studio that feels comfortable and relaxing, not to mention a great group of both students and teachers! Bodhi Seed continues to help me grow as a student and a teacher with the unique classes/workshops offered by highly experienced teachers.
I did my teacher training through Bodhi Yoga after about a year of attending classes regularly. I loved being a student in both regards. I'm so sad to move away from Bodhi. You join more than a studio when you come to Bodhi Yoga, it really does feel like a little family. The atmosphere is amazingly positive and peaceful. I really love the way I feel about myself and my life when I come here.
Originally found out about this studio do to a intro promotion. Soon after they told me about free comunity sessions. Staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgable. Bought a few things. Started working out and worked muscles that i haddent used in a long time. Flyers to upcoming events are always around. Will definetly return and strongly recommend.
