Food is unstable, good one time and bad 3 times after.

Today I ordered Sesame chicken combo with rice and egg roll, general Tao tofu each meal included broccoli. The chicken had spicy general tao sauce with red pepper flakes and sesame maybe to cover a mistake? The broccoli YUCK absorbed the nastiest back of the moldy fridge taste omg it was so bad. It looked fresh steamed but yuck! The tofu had the exact same flavor, after eating it a few bites we both gaged on the flavor. We were starving so we scarfed it before we just really gave up. Tossed the rest of it. Rice was supposed to be fried rice but it was mixed with white and had some really hard large flat chunks like Pan sat and dried out. Egg roll dripping with oil, and the bubble tea tasted like sugar water! Calling back for a refund! 60$ order. I feel bad for the driver.

Gives a wide variety of affordable choices. But the quality of food is very unstable. Try it when you feels lucky.

This place really gives me interesting vibes. I’ve ordered delivery & pickup quite a few times, and the food quality varies drastically.nnIt feels like they could make good food if they want to, but sometimes they just don’t really care to put that much effort into it. (Kind of cool if you think of it that way - but also not great for a restaurant)

Without making assumptions on distant appearances alone, I can say that the wait staff is generally loath to provide proactive table service. The employees change often, and many of these young people seem--in their actions toward customers--to hate being at Yan's and performing this sort of work.nnNot only are they far-removed, in fact. They are also overtly aggressive about whether you are truly a customer at the restaurant, and the staff is highly dismissive, in that they have curtly assumed me to be in the wrong before fully understanding the situation that I am trying to explain.nnDo not buy from this place, especially if you plan on getting takeout.
