I live 0.9 miles away and they denied my order advising corporate controls the territories. Meanwhile last week delivered to me without any issues. Had to order from dexter st 2 miles away, prolonging the time for delivery. I’ll be calling corporate. DM Christina sorted this all out, left and the GM Rick overrode her decision. GM had 0 empathy in his voice and would not let me speak, spoke over me several times and didn’t care to hear a customer out. Lincoln ave also orders from you a lot, guess what? That’s us as well. Never Again!nnI’ll continue ordering from Dexter but I’ll be sure to continue writing reviews and calling corporate.

Absolutely HORRID service. I placed an order, waited 20 minutes after it said complete. I call the store, they said they called to no answer and even knocked. There was no where to leave the food either... Hmm funny because I didn't get a phone call and I'm not going to hear knocking in the second story apartment.But, I was very polite and kindly told them this info and he was very accusatory as I wasn't paying attention to my phone. I said, screw this, just cancel. What trash service.

So me and my fiancé and our friend was driving and this delivery guy was parking so we did not know if he was moving so we pulled over for a minute so he didn’t move so when we was driving down the st the delivery driver was speeding almost hit us then chase us down the street well a couple of streets to be real and then you guys say you have the best delivery drivers why don’t you guy check your delivery drivers and do there back ground check cause at the end of the day your delivery driver shouldn’t be speeding or chasing people around cause they got nothing else better to do then delivery pizza for minimum wage like are you serious definitely lost my service.
