It's OK. I went to grab some stuff out of storage the other day and my code didn't work(i forgot it). So I called the given number.... No-one answered. I called several times no-one answered. I found another number for them on Google, called that...... No-one answered. I live far away from this place. I had to wait until someone else came in, then I went in. They left before I did, so I was stuck in there for another half hour until someone else came in. Sucks!!
A good place to keep your extra things
They have never had great customer service but today took the cake.nI was calling because I received an invoice with a late fee. This is because she said the card on file wud not run thru when she ran it on the 1st. I called on the 9th and she said she wud try a different system. And viloa it went thru. Still insisted on charging me a late fee and accused me of lying and that it was because my card had hit its limit It had not hit the limit. If anyone was lying it was her and the fact that she actually tried to run it on the first. What a way for them to make extra money if they do this to a few customers a month!
Ok very hard to reach if needed.
Very rude and terrible book keepers.nFriends have receipts of every payment andnare still having their belongings auctioned.nThe owners refuse to pay attention to their own receipts or the fax from their secretary with her statement.
