Quick, clean, and secure!! My unit was immediately available to me after I entered my credit card and there was a new lock already inside which saved me a snowy trip to the store. It was also the right size for my furniture and household items and true to the picture on the website. The added security is a bonus and I know I don't have to worry about my belongings. They also said that if I needed an additional unit they would try to find one close to the one I currently have to make it more convenient for me. Moving is stressful but they made it hassle-free and easy. Can't thank them enough!!

I booked a unit on September 28th 2020 and I actually moved my belongings in on October 1st 2020. I camento get my stuff November 25th 2020 and the unit was full of mice I had mice poop all in our clothes,shoes, andnBeds I had to throw away half of our belongings and tried to wash the rest all my newborn baby clothes we destroyed. My brand new leather bedroom set they ate through the box and made a nest. I have pictures and videos. I called to ask to speak with someone and she told me because I didn’t have insurance theirs nothing that they can do ud83dude29 so I have to take it as a loss. And also she told me that things like this happens but if I would’ve known that they had a mice infestation problem I would’ve never been there. They need to tell people what’s going on it was food all in the parking lot when I got there to pick up our things. I would never go through them again also it was mice urin every where

This storage facility is convenient but they have a rodent problem. I found mice ud83dudc01 droppings all through my unit. Be sure to pack your things in plastic containers! No bags or boxes ud83dudce6 mice will chew right through and get into your belongings.
