After more than a year of research, we had New Look Painting, LLC spray paint our kitchen cabinets. The owner (Mike) came to our home personally and explained the process and answered all our questions and concerns. The quote and work definition was clearly written out, so we knew exactly what to expect. The work began on the scheduled day and time and was competed on time, as promised. The workers (Steve & Randy) were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The work is backed up with a 2 year warranty!
New Look has done all of our interior and exterior painting in two homes. Always great work. Recommend highly.
This is a truly professional company to work with. Their pricing was reasonable. The crews were pleasant and trustworthy. Their productivity was the best I have experienced. Their quality is excellent.nPunch-list items at the end of the project are completed without hesitation. I personally made a mistake in identifying one part of the project that might not have been completed properly due to high winds on one specific day. The crew repainted the section, even though I was personally in the wrong. I apologized for my error in judgement; they were understanding. The company owner checks on the project appropriately and is very professional. They use excellent products.
I am a local Realtor and not only recommend my clients to use Mike and his crew for all their painting needs but I also use them for my own home which tells you I trust that they are the best. Besides fair pricing and wonderful service, Mike (the owner) is an incredibly kind guy that cares about what he does. They are the only painter to go with!
