Nice variety of classes and many different times offered - from early morning to late evening. Wendy teaches an amazing Flex yoga class with weights! Each teacher has their own style and the variety is nice. Music is played through classes and it can help give you an extra push through poses. Pricing is fair, too.nI usually recommend Twisted to friends, family and newbies (to yoga).

I really enjoy this yoga studio. Each instructor has his/her own unique style of flow, music and teaching which gives a lot of variety. They've all been very friendly, knowledgeable and provide modifications (difficult and easy) throughout class to fit your practice. Most importantly, you're encouraged to take your flow as far or as little as you'd like. This is why this studio is so great because there isn't any judgment, just empowerment to believe in your own strength and abilities. Thank you to the entire staff!!

Best place to unwind from a busy day and get a great workout! Even if you have never experienced Hot Yoga before you will not feel out of place. Instructors are always offering suggestions on how you can improve your form and try new poses. They keep it fun and challenging.

I love love love this place! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and the instructors actually care about you and want to get to know you. Their classes are always wonderful and I feel energized and empowered afterwards. I highly recommend Twisted hot yoga!

If you’re looking for a hot yoga studio this is the one! The classes are fantastic, the staff is awesome and there are classes to fit everyone’s busy schedule. I started my Yoga journey 6 months ago and was so happy to find Twisted when they opened their Caledonia location. Try it out, I promise you’ll be in love! Thanks Ginya and team for all your hard work and fun loving atmosphere.
