Wish I would of never went here, they charged me hundreds of dollars in my first month and a half. I went in to talk with a manager and he was very rude and unhelpful. Doesn’t care about customers and I ended up cancelling my membership because of how he handled the situation. Staff that work nights are nice. So now I’m out so much money and feeling very upset. DO NOT GO HERE , they will rob you blind. Other than the money issue I really liked this gym.
I had a bad experience a year or so ago when I tried to return to the gym (not at the fault of the staff, just a creepy dude). I pulled the trigger and returned to PF after seeing reports on how well they were handling covid requirements.nnNot a single person without mask, proper distancing, clearly marked cleaning stations and at all times, I saw someone walking around spraying down equipment with a cleaning cart.nnI'm incredibly impressed and with the added required distance, no one had the opportunity to even approach me. It was bliss!
My brother took me with him, my first time at a gym in a while, and it was a smooth, easy experience. The machines are marked for 'social fitnessing' and cleaning stations are well placed, so you can clean a machine before and after use easily. Machines are easy to use, and have instructions printed on most of them.
Been going to this location for 3 years. Great staff. Large plenty of equipment. I recommend using the app to check how busy it is, it can be crowded during peak times.
Nice and clean, staff is great, I get in, knock out my workout and go home.
