Great place to workout, staff are friendly and cater to the needs of your ability. They always push you to do your best and everyone is treated like family. There is a little of everything at each workout, cardio, weights, isometric, conditioning etc... The instructors are extremely helpful, motivating, and knowledgeable for each individual that they interact with. One of the best decisions I have made was to join this fitness program. I look forward to going each time.
PowerStrength will change your life. They have an amazing staff that is fun, informative, and motivating. I look forward to my workouts.

So thankful to have found PowerStrength. I have spent so many years with back pain and had been getting more and more discouraged as I did less and less because of the pain. The small groups, individual attention and amazing welcoming and encouraging community at PowerStrength has kept me pushing forward as I take control over my body again.
