INCREDIBLY friendly staff. Reasonable rates and 24 access. Very clear and fair rules of late payments and refund policies. I would gladly use cross creek storage again for all my storage needs.

Several signs in the office saying no refunds, which by itself is fine. But as soon as I paid for and finalized my rental the woman said I should get a better lock because they've had break ins. YOU'RE JUST TELLING ME THAT NOW?!? I don't care how reasonable the price is, I want to know my stuff will be there when I come to pick it up!
I was pleased with the unit and the gentleman who worked in the office. After 1 year, I went in to renew the contract and was met with a lady who was absolutely dreadful to speak with. She said her name is Mo (I'm not sure) and she is the manager and the guy I spoke to before her was fired and she could not honor any agreement he had made with me about a late fee (which was an error they made and I had email proof of this). She said he was fired because he waived late fees for customers and that the late fee stays. I paid for my final month and will no longer do business here. If a $20 late fee means so much to them, then they should have no problem with losing a long term customer. Especially since the late fee was in error! I think the worst part of this was speaking with the manager named Mo.
Nice place. Good employees and okay price. Esp if you live at walnut traila
