Words can't explain how much Robert at Five Star Store It helped me out today. There were so many issues and complications that I had today pertaining to finding the right storage unit for my belongings in the city of Kalamazoo, and had no luck until I came to Five Star Store It.nRobert listened to my frustrations and helped me figure out the best solution to my issues at hand, not only did he listen but after going back and forth with what I wanted and what he thought would benefit me the best, we finally solved the problem!nIf youre looking for a storage unit come check Five Star Store It off of sprinkle rd. It's just average. The location is bad for traffic and the driveway is kind of a steep slope. Also, there isn't much room to turn around. I wouldn't want to have to take a big truck or trailer there.

Five Star Store It has been a life saver for me! Moving from a house to an apartment was challenging but they had the perfect size unit to help me during my move. The transition to a smaller unit after my move was smooth and easy thanks to the amazing site manager, Mike. I would highly recommend Five Star as they are reasonably priced, conveniently located, and the premise feels safe and secure.
I have had quite a few experiences with storage facilities throughout the years and customer service was always mediocre. I was expecting to experience the same when I came to Five Star, but instead I was blown away by the amazing service that I received. I am treated with respect, help is always available when I need it and I always feel comfortable anywhere on the property and know that my belongings are in good hands. Thank you for the excellent customer service that I, quite honestly, didn't know existed.
