The staff talks down to their customers and are very rude, they kept insinuating that I didn't understand what they were trying to say and literally hung up on me twice never answering my question. I have a bachelor of science degree/magna cum laude I told them I understood fine. They screw up dates so your waiting four months instead of the three it takes for insurance to pay for supplies even when it says your eligible for certain supplies online, they tell you that your not. My supply date changes to fit their mistakes. Considering they work for us ( elderly, disabled, patients ) you would think they would take a better stance pertaining to discrepancies. The first time I got hung up on was enough but when I called to make a simple change in headgear for online ordering I got hung up on again after I thanked the woman I was talking with, Very Nasty People!

The staff and managers at Access Medical are nothing but kind and accommodating. I was very sick and needed a nebulizer, and they worked with my insurance so quickly to make sure I got what I needed. They also explained to me in detail how to use the equipment and are quick to help me, any time I call with questions. I would recommend them for any health equipment.

They don’t know there butt from a hole in the ground. The front counter girl didn’t know how to run the computer at all, I asked if she was still training and she said yes but then said she’s having trouble after just over ONE YEAR! Really, WOW. Then after waiting 35 minuets for her to get my info in the computer she didn’t know the UPC codes to look up the different things I was looking for. She couldn’t even tell me how much my insurance was going to cover. After an hour I finally asked her to call me when she figures these things out and I’ll come back to pick up my things, three days ago and still no answer. I’m on to the next supplier. I sucks that I at least have to give them one star ⭐ufe0f to submit my review.

Access Medical Shaffer St.nTerrible customer service . If you don’t have money and have to go alternative routes as in not buying their $1095 cpap machine or the $200 mask from them they won’t even see you. I made an appointment to have a machine looked at to make sure it was working right and for a Mask fitting. I got a call back saying she would not take me as a “patient “ because I got my machine elsewhere.nThese people are in for money not to HELP people. Some of us just can not afford these prices. Oh and the prices I mentioned are AFTER my insurance pays.
