This is hands down the best dog park I’ve been to in Utah. It’s always filled with friendly dogs and people. There are separate areas for small and large dogs to play. The walking track around the top is nice and a pleasant walk. If I had anything negative to say it would be about the “creek” that runs through the middle as it’s so muddy and doesn’t seem sanitary. This aside, the park is top notch.
This park had great reviews so we figured we try it while traveling through UT with our dogs. The layout was great with a stream running through it. Signs by the water stated that the water was untreated and dogs could get Giardia. That’s not good. The other big thing we noticed was dog poop everywhere. I’m not talking just a few piles, you step off the trail at your own risk. There was dog poop EVERYWHERE! Even though there were poop bag stations all over the park it looked like no one used them. It was so bad the whole park smelled. I did give it 2 stars for the fact it had a rinse station to clean up, if your dog got muddy playing in the water. There were water bowls for the dogs and it also had a separate small dog area.
Only time I've ever been here, but I was quite impressed. There's a place for small dogs in case you're afraid the larger dogs might eat your small one. Then there's a walking track for people. Dogs are able to run around free. There's room for playing catch fetch etc.
Wow! What a fantastic dog park! More like Doggie Disneyland! A real stream runs through the middle of it. My son's black lab loves the water. Park is geared for larger dogs with walking path and room to run and play. Green grass. Well maintained. The nicest dog park I've ever been to.
I saw this park searching on Google. It had good reviews and pictures. Decided to check it out. It seemed fun and my dog had a blast, but this is her personality anyway. The park was wide open with no shades. A lot of dirt and gravel. There was some water that looked clean. When we got back home she started limping /my guess is because there was a lot of gravel dirt and rocks at the park and not much grass, just a lot of feaces/. I inspected her paws an she was missing some skin on one of them. On the next day she did not get up from her bed, did not eat anything, and usually she has unbelievable appetite. Now I am in front of the Vet Clinic going on the 3 hour waiting for a doc to see her. My conclusion is if you love your baby do not go there.
