Kris is one of the best at customer service. She is so kind and genuine, takes care of our whole family! We have been renting units for more than a year now, the property is well managed and clean. Units are safe and great space.

We started with this storage facility when it was still owned by Weathervane, who are top notch. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. I will add though that after the switch to U-Store, access hours were limited and there a distinct moth ball odor in the temp controlled building. It was overpowering. Not sure if that was another customer or the facility. We did have to air out a lot of items and threw away some where the smell was too much. I would also be careful regarding exit communication. We rolled a few days into the next month and we’re expected to pay the entire month. This was exactly the reason I called and emailed to confirm the details. Just be cautious with the contract. Also rent has gone up every year that U-Store has owned the facility.
Super awesome customer service. Kris is amazing to deal with. Great place for WMU students! Highly recommend for anyone in the Kalamazoo area in need of a storage unit!!
My buddies and I rented a unit while we were moving from separate apartments and our experience was amazing! I would highly recommend to anyone to have a storage unit here! It’s wonderful.
