Absolutely the best off-ice training money we have spent on our daughter. She participated in the Ladies Training Program this summer and has noticed dramatic increase in her conditioning and strength on the ice. Great staff that’s knowledgeable, passionate and motivating. I love this gym! The trainers take you where you are, in shape, out of shape, or somewhere in between and make sure you get the most out of every workout! They listen to what aches and pains you may have and adapt any exercise to benefit the individual person. Great place for strength training.
