Great store but its uncalled for how one calls the pharmacy and one is kept on hold for over 30 mins with no answer. Only to end up having to go to the store to find out my prescription is lost in transit... And why keep customers on hold for so long with no answer is beyond me...

This CVS pharmacy really needs more help in the Pharmacy, too long on hold with a question.......I am understanding and do not expect immediate attention knowing they are busy but the wait time is ridiculous.

I was treated very poorly at pharmacy, and I also witnessed a pharmacist yell at a elderly woman. Not good customer service whatever she had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in that CVS, it’s too bad because I did love that one!!
