Rent is due on the 1st, but I can't move my stuff out until Saturday the 3rd. They said sorry you have to pay the whole months $70 rent. Can't pay for 2 days? Partial? Answer was no. Guess McGuirk needs the money worse than me. Never rent a space from them again or do any business with anyone associated with McGuirk again.nThanks!

No security to speak of. Not fenced and the gates are NEVER closed. They use the back of it as a storage area for the gravel company and just blithely assume people will leave the storage units alone, and place an abnormal degree of trust in human nature. The units are new and clean however, and if they ever secure the property it will be worth the price paid, but until then rent elsewhere, where your property is properly secured and watched.

Couldn't give a ZERO. tThis entire use of McGuirk mini-storage has been very poorly managed. We were assigned a unit, stored our property. When we returned to add some items we discovered our lock was cut off and replaced WITH NO NOTIFICATION! Only after tracking down management we discovered McGuirk accessed the unit WITOUT notification to get to an electrical service box. Two weeks after we use your 2 Men and a Truck service to move out, we find we get another charge for rental for another month. We are told that it is our responsibility to go into McGuirk's system to remove the ACH. A totally disappointing and possibly illegal experience. Terrible. Never an apology, just more here is what YOU need to do. Extremely disappointing.
