Service was great. I placed my order online. Went to restaurant to pick it up. Sent a message saying I was there. They came out and put the pizza in the back seat as requested. It smelled wonderful all the way home.nTwenty minutes later I'm home we opened the box and that's when we noticed the red piece of wrapper cooked into the pizza. In the midst of the Covid pandemic this really isn't acceptable. I was immediately sick to my stomach. ud83eudd2eud83eudd2e
Called for delivery to my apartment that’s in mount pleasant; they said they don’t deliver there. Might I add that I’ve had food delivered twice before. The manager didn’t even budge when the last two times they’ve changed the address in the system so it worked then wrote my address. Probably will never order there again, the lady on the phone was not very nice.
The quality of pizza is as bad as service.The servers at the Pizza Hut lie to your face. I recently ordered the food online, which was not even ready when I reached at Pizza Hut. When I asked them about the issue they told me a lie about it. The pizza itself was not cooked properly.
Throughout this pandemic everything has been great with Pizza Hut. No complaints 100% perfect every time we order from them.
I used to like ordering from here. Twice when I have had pizza delivered the delivery guy decided to add his own tip. It used to be professional and helpful but it has definitely gone down hill. No one from the store even reached out to me about it. They just emailed me a coupon. This was awhile ago but I dont think I will order from here again.
