Waterpark was a blast first time being there.

I had to wait a few days before I could even write anything. Debated if I should or not but decided I should in hopes they will improve. 1st we got in an hour early for check in after calling to make sure our room was available but had to wait an hour to check in. The line was huge and full of day water park passes and no lines for check in. We finally where able to get to the park and had to rush and look around for tube's. The water park was super full! And not enough life jackets. We spent more time waiting then enjoying the park. We got hungry and decided to get some food at the restaurant. Took us 2 and half hours for our meal! By the time we got back to the room we had only an hour to enjoy the park. This was beyond a horrible experience for the price. Then to top it off...the rooms are falling apart and the blankets are rough. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Went with a group of kids ranging fromn3 -12 they all had a blast. The slides are fun even for even adults. The rooms were a little beat up but is to be expected with kids running around all the time. Everyone seemed super friendly we will definitely be back.

I was really looking forward to this stay, but I was horribly disappointed right upon arrival. The lobby was absolutely chaotic. While I waited to check-in, there was no social distancing, the line extended throughout the entrance, and people pushed through us to get to the water park. On top of that, there was no capacity limit to either the water park or the pool room. People and kids alike were shoulder to shoulder in every body of water in this place. I was barely able to enjoy the sauna and steam room without unsupervised children barging in to yell profanities at my friends and I, as well. It was not worth it. Go to any other hotel with a pool. If you want a decent water park to go to, pick literally anything else. Finally, we weren't able to sleep at all due to, once again, unsupervised kids running around and slamming doors well past midnight. We all ended up getting out of bed at 4 AM to go home early. It's a mess.

We purchased a room with Waterpark passed. Only complaint is the beds and heat/ A/C. The beds felt like old spring mattresses. They were hard and very uncomfortable. We couldn't regulate the temperature in the room. It stayed at 71 to 73 degrees in the room no matter what we did. Didn't get much sleep between uncomfortable beds and the heat. The water park and other hotel amenities were nice. Staff were very friendly and gracious.
