Lisa is amazing to work with. She addresses any issues and answers phone calls quickly. Their prices are reasonable and the storage units are in good shape. I highly recommend this storage facility.
I just got a call back from Lisa who made it so easy for me to get my unit over the phone. She was very accommodating and personable which I really appreciate! The last place I went to before this to try and get a storage unit the woman barely looked at me, never said hello to me, sat there while I was waiting for her to acknowledge me, mumbling something under her breath... I mean I was standing in front of her desk her and I being the only ones in the building and she just kept playing with the computer and not making eye contact or any indication that she cared I was even there standing 3 feet away waiting for her. And after leaving me feeling extremely awkward for a few minutes she finally asked what I needed. lol, then she let me know they didn't have any at all available. So I was really happy when Lisa called me back and was so nice. It makes a HUGE difference.
Lisa is great friendly and works with ya!!!
