Over the past 3 years EFS has provided us the ability to focus on other aspects of our business and scale quickly. Their customer support team are always quick to get back to us and do their best to handle every inquiry we submit. Even in the midst of COVID-19 they have continued to provide us with quality service and most importantly ensuring our customers receive their packages on time. I would highly recommend them as a 3PL.

I have worked with many fulfillment centers over my years in Customer Service, and I have to say that EFulfillment is the best, most responsive company I have ever used. They respond quickly to every support ticket, and make little to no mistakes in shipping. They are a true pleasure to work with.

Every contact I have had with e Fulfillment has been positive. No organization can hit 100%. How it's managed after a problem occurs tells your much. I did have one delivery issue and when I brought it to their attention, it was handled promptly, professionally and to my total satisfaction.

Beware of this company !nEFS care nothing about their customer satisfaction and only care about charging your credit as much as they possibly can. I hate posting bad reviews but everyone needs to be aware before they put their business at risk with this terrible company. Here’s some examples of my experience:n- So many hidden fees and they over charge a ridiculous amount of hour work. You see their hourly pricing very reasonable on paper until they charge you a 30 hours for a job that would normally take 3 hours by any normal warehouse. Instead of normally paying 200-300$ I ended up paying 1000$ for only preparing 5 pallets not including the shipping.n- They suddenly decided to stop offering the product wrapping service that I used to use without any heads up and decided not to ship My products to My customers because they were not “double wrapped”. Which meant having thousands of dollars worth of inventory go stale in their warehouse for months. They said they would cover part of cost for shipping to another warehouse to cover for this mistake but they never did!n- I shipped them some pallets and asked to ship them to Amazon FBA. Although the shipment was already labeled and on pallets, they decided to break it apart and reassemble it again only to charge 800$ extra not including shipping.n- They charge you 50$ if you forget to put an item in their system but when they make mistakes with receiving inventory and you only know few months later after already pricing your products and selling most of them, they would take no responsibility and would not reimburse you anything for any mistakes they do.n- They made a mistake with measuring an item which caused storage fees to be very high. When I noticed this and asked them to correct it they did it. And guess who they charged for fixing their mistake! me!!!n- At the close out they sent a report of tens of missing items and hundreds of damages, and sure enough they took no responsibility for any of that and cost me thousands of dollars plus over 800$ their charges!nnBottom line, it’s impossible to run a profitable business if you partner with this company. Don’t be fooled by their service proposal and nice attitude. Once they get your credit card they will find a million way to steal your hard earned money! STAY AWAY!!
