I haven't been a Pizza Hut fan in years. Their quality went down after the 90s and prices stayed high after most other places greatly reduced their prices.nnWell now the quality is back to being super high. Their new Detroit style pizza is amazing. Even during the pandemic the employees are super friendly and work very hard. Order accuracy has always been perfect. They converted me into a super fan from my past few visits. I forgot to mention they did lower their prices to be more in line with their competitors, so honesty I can't think of a single negative thing to say about them.

Ordered curbside delivery. Paid with debit card. My wife went to pick it up. I did not include a tip on the order as we were picking it up and Pizza Hut is paid a regular hourly wage. The person handing my wife the food mentioned that they didn't see a tip included and said they could change the order amount on the debit card so that my wife could leave a tip. While I don't believe the worker meant to be so brash, the fact is it was a very uncomfortable experience for my wife. We ALWAYS tip well where tipping is appropriate. But if you are paid a regular hourly wage (ie, not paid as a tipped employee), you are not delivering our food, and you are not serving me at a table or in some other comparable manner, I am not going to tip. Do you tip the cashier at Tom's? Exactly.nnMy wife felt quite uncomfortable about the entire thing and it could have been avoided with some basic training. However, judging by the other reviews regarding managers at this location stealing tips, maybe they are intentionally NOT training their staff correctly.

Twice I've ordered from here and they forgot the extra sauces and last time they didn't even put sauce on the pizza. Jets is better anyways!nnEdit: changing from 2 stars to 1 star because they tell you to reach out to pretend they're fixing the problem and then ignore emails.

Well.... typically we love pizza hut. Unfortunately tonight we were very disappointed. We ordered a pizza at 9:30PM, gave them the address which is a local hotel. We wait an hour after being told our pizza would be here in 30-40 minutes, still no pizza. We call them and they then inform us that they do not deliver here. They had our phone number on file, I know because they asked for it. They didnt bother to call us and let us know nor did they bother to tell us when we ordered! Thanks a lot...
