i want to compliment the whole staff at the traverse city planet fitness! joey is outstandingnas i want to point him out as his service isnoutstanding. joey is a high quality professional as i hope the management to acknowledges him.
Nice local gym, reasonably priced, good open hours, decent basic exercise equipment, but no group classes, no hot tub or sauna, etc. some PF staff are over the top re the mask requirement especially when your already fully vaccinated and socially distancing from others.
Would give them zero stars if possible. I opened a black membership within a month of the first state wide lock down. I visited the location once. I ask for a refund due to the fact that I wouldn't be using their gym until after this pandemic and they refused.
Awesome kind staff and wide variety of equipment partnered with no judgment... a plus plus
