I am a 41yo book/yoga/chilling out loving woman...I started the MODUS online classes two months ago and they were HARD!!! I am still fighting for it and take breaks, BUT I am noticing how much more confident, energetic, and strong I'm feeling. The other day I decided to jog for part of my walk and was so surprised by how much I could do! I know I have MODUS45 to thank. I'm hooked and highly recommend this workout to everyone!np.s. I also love that the instructors don't body shame...there is never any talk about the shape of one's body, just encouraging us that this workout helps us feel stronger for anything in life. That's important to me!
Killer group of people. Highly recommended.
