I went to CrossFit Due North last Saturday for my first CrossFit class ever. I had a great experience! I was also helped with my technique which I really appreciate because CrossFit is brand new to me. I’m planning on going weekly. Thanks again!

I dropped in last week as I was in town for a conference, and I had a GREAT experience. I walked in and was greeted or acknowledged by at least 3 different people who genuinely wanted to meet me and welcome me to the class. Super positive and supportive folks. The facility is very nice; lots of high-quality equipment. Coach T is very knowledgable and ran a great class.nnI will definitely be back the next time I'm in TC! (And I got a cool new shirt!)
