I ordered a boat from here and when we called to see if it was in they said no multiple times when we finally got the boat it was the wrong boat a pontoon not a Tritoon when they ordered the new boat we upgraded the motor when the new boat finally came it had the same motor on it not the upgraded one we ordered the owner became furious and started to scream at me with my grandson cussing up a storm. we never ended up getting a boat from these people and would never recommend it to anyone if I could give a lower rating I would

Friendly helpful staff. I needed some fuel line and a couple of clamps and they were very nice and helpful for such a small sale. Will support them when I can for local purchases.

I stopped at this shop on June 9th I started to talk to a tech about my boat problem and the owner I believe his name is Doug told me to get my boat out of his driveway I was blocking the drive . He treated me in my opinion the most unprofessional manner I've seen from a business. The tech was very professional. But I personally would not do any business with that owner. If I was blocking the drive way he could ask in a nice way . I believe everyone can have a bad day but you don't cuss and act like this man did this morning. I know he lost a potential buyer on my part. ud83eudd21

New boater...wasn’t quite sure of something and the curly brown haired lady with glasses who was behind the counter was rather condescending. Won’t be going there for our boat supplies if that’s how they treat new customers.nnUpdate 7/19/19: we just spent over $100 at another place on new stuff for our boatnnUpdate 9/7/19: we just spent several thousand $ refurbishing our boat by another place. As the rude lady suggested I “did my research” and no one in the area recommended Sugar Springs.nnWhen it is time to get a new boat, we will go anywhere but Sugar Springs. You’ve lost over $5,000 in gross revenue and a customer for life because of the way you treated me.
