Super great place to let the kids run free and do their own thing for 1 hour+. Super nice staff that were efficient with each of their areas they were in charge of as well. Kids got a good night sleep after burning off so much fuel so I definitely recommend to a parent in need of a break!

Paid $210 for memberships for 3 of my kids (age 9, 8, 7)... then after they started jumping, the staff saw my 10 month old standing on the mat watching and said I had to pay another $10 (per visit) + socks for her to be standing here lol. She can’t even jump yet! She can crawl and is just starting to walk. The younger staff working here is very nice and does a good job. I’m sure they’re just following policy but it’s kind of ridiculous and petty in my opinion. Will probably transition to another trampoline park once our membership expires.

I have to write this review and I never bother to do these. Yesterday 7/25 my ten year old son and I went to a 2pm open jump. I am amazed and proud of your staff. Although it appeared to be comprised of what seemed to be high school kids or very young adults, every single staff member was polite, friendly and professional. The place was very clean and the young staff stayed on top of it. A few that we had conversation with were happy to answer any questions with a smile and great eye contact. I felt that this staff understood respect for themselve and for the patrons. I have never been so proud of kids that were not my own. Kudos to management for selecting the right people!

The kids had a lot of fun and good time. They had enough staff watching over all the kiss and they have people cleaning up and down the area to keep the kids safe.
