I go to H&R block for one reason and one reason only. My accountant Susan Silvia. She's a genius. She's also very nice. The people that work at that office are all friendly and nice as well. Do I wish they would lower their prices. Of course I do. Especially with all these self online websites that you can do it yourself for 50 bucks. If I didn't own rental property I probably would go that route, but I personally need an accountant. And Susan Silvia is the best at it in the world!

I've been going to H&R for 4 years now and not once did i have a problem. Good workers and very nice people (At least in my experience here in RI).

Valerie has been doing my taxes for a few years now and it has always been very easy. She is super friendly and great at what she does. I decided to do my own taxes last year to save some money and let me tell you it was not fun times. I feel as comfortable filling out tax forms as I do doing my own dentistry and cutting my own hair. Some things are best left the pros. Yes you are going to pay for the service but you are rewarded with a peaceful nights sleep.
