All of my furniture and clothes are embedded with mildew and stains. Boxes were soaked and ruined on bottom. They really didn't care, a halfhearted apology and complete denial that units leak.

I rented from Public Storage for 4 months and they upped my rates, which was totally unacceptable. In a way though, it was a blessing because I searched for something closer, and ended up better here with this storage location, which is a great facility run by super friendly people. This is exactly what I envision when I think of a storage lot.nnI ended up renting one of their spaces for two full years. I would definitely return there if I need storage again.

They are very rude people and over charge on everything and plus they hang up on people andbplus they go throw your unit with out you knowing it
