This is such a wonderful place! You can feel the positive energy and motivation by just walking in the building. I take my son here for Mommy & me and have plenty of friends who actively workout here. It's a great place to be with great people!
Mark and Maureen, owners & coaches, are great to work with. They're very informative and are willing to work with you. They give step by step instructions of each movement you will go through. They also scale the workout for those with compromised mobility so that you can still effectively get a good workout.
The workout was great facilities were very clean good atmosphere.
