Domino's Pizza

My husband and I visited this Dominos on our way home from Illinois to Detroit. We were exhausted at this point and needed a break from driving and needed some food. We tried to go to a restaurant down the street but that night they were carry out only. I noticed the Domino’s as we passed it on the way to the other restaurant so I told my husband let’s just call and order some food and then hang out and wait in the parking lot until it’s ready. I called, spoke to a gentleman on the phone, asked if they had flavored crust which he said no but their hand tossed pizzas come with a garlic butter on them so I said great let’s do that then. He estimated 15 minutes wait so we headed that way and sat in the parking lot until time was up. I had my windows down and saw a delivery driver come outside and go to the vehicle and he was clearly not happy about something and yelled a couple choice words but it was funny to me and gave me the entertainment I needed for the night. Once our 15 minutes were up, I went inside and paid and was given our food. We sat in our car in the parking lot and ate and it was delicious. We typically don’t order from Domino’s but we were happy that we did on this particular night. The garlicky crust was awesome and there was the right amount of cheese and toppings on the pizza. Also the gentleman that helped me inside the store we very courteous and polite.

Received a pizza with white sauce that was quite a mess. First pizza, you can see how the sauce was so heavy that the sauce moved and got all over the crust. Second pizza is still a bit heavy handed on the white sauce. It doesn’t need much of it. But it will do. Speed of service and taste is always great. Received my first pizza within a little over 20 minutes. Received the second one around the 20 minute mark as well. It would’ve taken any other pizza place more than the two times combined that to make and deliver our food.nThe person on the phone was nice. I think it was Gavin but I could be wrong. Thank you!

Ordering was great, however the whole process took over an hour to complete. Pizza was barley warm when delivered. The pizza was made perfectly and tasted great just cold.

Today.....a bit of a failure. Dominos tracking app text me and said order complete, prepaid and all but here I sit in the parking lot past my completed time. Perhaps.... don't text done unless it's really done or comp something for making me wait. Don't get me wrong, pizzas are terrific tonight!

Bread twist are amazing. Pizza was absolutely nasty. Taste like cardboard no sauce suppose to be extra pepperoni and it was not. Just extremely disappointed and will not order again.
