I have never really had an issue in the 2 years I have rented a unit. I will say that it does seem a bit pricey and there was a time or two that the security door was not working. And if you use your outdoor unit in winter, make sure to get the snow out of the door tracks in order to close the door properly!
I needed a quick place to get stuff. I ordered online.. took 5 min... was moving stuff in within 4 hours. Perfect Services!!!
Looking for a more secure location. My storage (with another company) has beenbroken into numerous times. Called both local (Stevensville) and state police to report. Neither seemed too interested. The Lincoln twp came out and said it happens all the time. No writing numbers down...didn't even write the person's name down that was caught in my storage unit. Considering the amount stolen you' d think they would have a little more interest.nSo if it isn't heavily/closely monitored I'm not risking losing my stuff
This was our second time using them. Absolutely amazing service both times!!!
I can always count on these folks. I have used them for a major move and a removal and return of furniture for a carpet install. Staff are professional and friendly, including the office staff. Thanks christen for all your help! Very reasonable prices. Great company and customer service.
