The Yoga Nook has a wellness center with massage therapists and reiki practitioners. I made an appointment with Beth Dorr LMT. Boy, was I glad! Her demeanor was warm, calm and welcoming. When we discussed the muscle areas that needed focus I felt heard, a big plus.nBeth's instincts were impeccable, knowing exactly when to apply deep pressure and when to soften and relax the tension. I left there able to rotate my shoulder more freely, felt way lighter, pain free and incredibly relaxed. I definitely highly recommend her. Beth Dorr's work is excellent.
