Quite possibly the absolute worst McDonald's out there. Unfortunately, they're the only one near by and I've given them multiple chances. Several times now I have had to go back through the drive through so they could correct the order. Recently, I ordered a grilled chicken deluxe. This should have chicken, mayo, tomatoes, and lettuce. What I received was a piece of chicken with 2 pickles. Nothing else. Such a dry sandwich. They're constantly getting my sons kids cheeseburger wrong, too. Their shake/ frappe machine is down more than it's operating. If I could a negative rating, I would. It's sad to see that their employees just don't care

McDonalds in wells Maine drinks have chlorine taste and staff does not pay attention to detail. Asked for salt and ketchup but we're not provided. Needs better supervision.

Manager here needs an attitude adjustment. Went through the drive thru and when picking up at the window I told her I didn't want the drink carrier for the 3 drinks I ordered. She was very snotty when she told me they had a no-contact policy. I went back around and ordered 1 beverage. While waiting I watched her hand drinks out the window without drink carriers. She handed me my single drink without the carrier. She again told me that they had policies...I informed her that if they truly had that policy in place then she should be handing single drinks out in the trays. You don't get to pick and choose when you follow a policy or not, and you don't get to be nasty to customers just because.

The young lady that takes my order very professional!! But while waiting for my order what shall I have to listen to.... A lady in the back making up the orders getting very aggrevated by what ever situation that is being presented. As her aggrevation heightened words that the general public should not have to hear started to come out. Luckily my order finally was given to me and I left the premises to get in my vehicle to eat half cooked french fries. A burger that definitely sat around for too long. But I was pleased with the chicken nuggets I was given!! But all in all I hope whoever was having a bad day has more better days ahead!!

Even though they were not able to use the intercom system for the drive-thru they had me order at the first window this morning like they were other people it was very fast service it was amazing
