A lovely cafe in the harbor with excellent sandwiches and lattes. While many guests are at the brewery after exploring the island, and wait in line for a seat, there is plenty of space to sit in the harbor at the Barnacle with a great view of the ocean. It is Maine at its best.

Great selection of local (ish) wines, beers, etc right near the dock so you can grab some things to take around the island or to take back on the boat home.

Flood's cove is great. My step dad's side of the family owns it and it is always fun and friendly. The fourth of July is a great time to visit with all of the festivities. It is a great place to bring kids and dogs. You can rent kayaks and paddle boards and go swimming and fishing. It is wonderful on warm summer nights to feel the cool ocean breeze and watch the fireflies dance. You can always make a friend at Flood's cove.
