Crew at Augusta location was awesome , busy and my food received super fresh and hot. Best McDonald's experience in 20 years
There were two different female cashiers two days in a row at the first windows that were very pleasant and had great personalities!
THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS IN MAINE, SOMEHOW THEY SCREW UP THE FOOD EVERY SINGLE TIME, DONT WORRY YOU CAN WASH THE TASTE OUT WITH YOUR SOFT DRINK, you could also wash a bathroom floor with the amount of cleaning fluid left in the soda fountain. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. If I were you I would pick trash out of the subway dumpsters before you eat here.
Mostly gets your order right, 50/50 chance you will be asked to pull ahead and wait for the rest of your order, and not real good in the McD's App, at least 4 times in the last 5 visits the person didn't know what I was referencing and I had to pull ahead and walk them through it. I don't blame this store or the poor cashier, I blame whoever's in charge of pushing the knowledge to the employees.
