I have had very good success with Jackson Hewitt tax service. They helped me do something I'm not 100% confident in doing. I've created a friendly business relationship with my tax guy. There was a great promotion going on and I saved a lot of money.

John has prepared my dad's taxes for a few years, and dad was always satisfied; so thought I would have John do mine. I also am very satisfied. John was great at explaining each step. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. See you next year Johnnud83dude00. Thank you.

I was made to wait for 45 minutes past my appointment time to meet with tax preparer. After completing federal return a number populated which preparer knew nothing about. She told me someone would check the return and I would be contacted the next day. No one contacted me. I called the second day and was told someone would call me back. I asked to have my call escalated and was given phone number of Don Hart. He assured me someone would look at m love return. At 5:11pm I called Don to say no one had contacted me. He said the day was not over yet as they were open until 9pm. Finally someone called me around 7:30 pm to tell me that my return had been reviewed and was filed the prior day. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and lack of communication on the side of staff.

My agent was exceedingly accommodating considering I was missing a number of necessary forms that hadn't made it through the mail. She went above and beyond by making calls to track down the needed figures. This was my 2nd year working with Sue and expect to be working with her again next year!

I had the pleasure of sitting with John Bridges at the Rockland Maine site. This is not the first time he has guided me through the best way to do my taxes and help me get the most money I could. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
