In my opinion this Chinese place was equal to my favorite, the Lucky Panda in Winslow, the only thing that was less was the Empress has way greasier food, but this results in more flavor, and sometimes you JUST WANT GREASE AM I RIGHT!?!
If you're in Winthrop and craving some fairly cheap Chinese food, this is your best option. Nothing terribly different or inspired here - your run of the mill Chinese fast food. That said, the staff are friendly, the wait times are low, and the food comes out fresh and hot.nnWhen you're in the mood for cheap takeout that offers standard Chinese fare, you're in the right place. But look elsewhere if you want high quality Asian cuisine.
Food was Good and fresh and employee was very Nice.

Always a wonderful and tasty visit, they have delicious vegan options (my favorite is the veg. lo mein) i havent had a single bad experience with them in the two years ive been going, i just wish they had more options!
