A nice hike with a medium grade in a few area.
Wilkommen! The blue tag marked loop's ascent can be a bit challenging, especially for a child or less experienced hiker. But the views from the exposed peaks are more'n worth it. Cleared, comfortable path, and very shady. Lychen, fern, pine, oak, and birch as far as the eye can see! Have another hit of fresh air!
A treasure to hike. This network of nature trails provides everything for which you could ask in a hike. Breathtaking views, nicely groomed trails, perhaps a chipmunk or two. The photo I posted is just a small portion of this trail network, we hiked a mile and a third loop. A word of warning, if you're not used to hiking in Maine in the Spring, it will be muddy!
