This review is better late than never, because if you are interested in dining here you are going to have to wait until this fall, as Embark was a seasonal pop up brought to you by the folks who own and run The Dolphin Restaurant and Marina. The last weekend was 3/27.nnBut if your willing to wait, you will be well rewarded. The food, start to finish, was simply spectacular. Excellent craft cocktails, wonderful appetizers, amazing main courses, and delicious desserts. Honestly, one of the best meals we had anywhere. They are very pandemic conscious, and we felt confidante enough to eat here two weekends in a row. Ask for the chefs table, the work that goes into each dish, the presentation, is really something to watch.nnThe owners closed the restaurant for now, but definitly plans to reopen after the Dolphins season has finished. So mark this on your calendar. You can thank me later.
Perfect already. We got takeout on their second day and were very impressed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was ready at the time they said it would be. It was presented beautifully and everything was delicious. A real win for Brunswick!
Delicious food and great ambiance. Got the pork belly lollipops and the flavor and texture were amazing. Prompt service, strong drinks and clean (safe!) atmosphere. Will return again soon!

My husband and I had New Year's Eve curbside......The timing was excellent from the time we the call to pick up......the food exceeded our expectations!! Thank you for a great dinner!! Happy New year to the Saxton Family andntheir staff!!
